Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping! For items currently in stock, please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to you.

For bespoke, custom-built and made-to-order products, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Once your product has been built and processed, we will send you a tracking number. We are happy to answer questions on the status of these orders.


Return policy
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind policy, in which you have 14 days from the date your item is received to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes all packaging, documentation and other included items.

To request a return, please contact us via contact@ndmadeit.com or through the contact page on our website including your full name and order number along with the reason for the return. 

Please let us know immediately if you received damaged or broken products. You can contact us via contact@ndwatches.com or the contact page and we will address your concerns as soon as we can.

If you'd like to cancel an order due to a wrong or double order, we will offer a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped.

If your order has been shipped, the customer must ship back the item/s at their expense. Once we received and assessed the condition the of returned item, we will process a refund, minus 15% for processing and restocking fees. 

If your order does not arrive in 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate this issue with the respective courier.

 

* We will not refund any shipping costs once the order is shipped.

** Once an order has been shipped we are not liable for any issues/costs that may be incurred by shipping carriers or local customs.
