What do you actually do?

We modify watches. This is a broad term that encapsulates the combining OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and aftermarket parts to create customised/unique watches.

Can you make custom mods by request?

Definitely! Contact us through out 'Contact' page or Instagram (@NDMADEIT) with the details of your idea and we will try our best to make it a reality. 

(Please note custom pieces may take up to 6 weeks to complete.)

Are they waterproof?

Yes. All watches are in-house tested to 50m (165ft). If a particular watch has a different rating, it will be stated in it's description.

Do you offer warranty?

We offer 6 months warranty on all watches. This covers all non-intentional failures and damage. If you notice any issues with our watches, please reach out to us.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. We ask that you research any import fees associated with your particular country.

How long does it take to ship?

All pieces are shipped Express. For pieces we have already built or have parts for, we will ship it within 2 days from receiving the order. For those that are bespoke, custom or out of stock, it will take 2-4 weeks to be built and shipped.

Can you change the bracelet on my watch?

Certainly. For most watches we can change out for a Jubilee, Presidential or Oyster style bracelet. Add your preference in the comment of your purchase and we will take care of this for you.

How do I adjust the time?

You may find the crown to be fixed when the watch arrives - this is because we use screw-down crowns for waterproofing. Simply unscrew the crown anticlockwise and pull it out to adjust the time.
